In 1995, Mr.Feng Bin and his partners leveraged their more than 20 years of combined expertise as operating executives in the travel industry to co-found Utour travel agency.
The story of a legendary company began, Utour International Travel Agency Ltd. was established in 2005, This marks the official expansion of Utour from domestic travel to international travel business,which gradually spread all over the world.
In 2014, Utour became the first private travel company in China to go public (Stock code：SZ002707) and was officially renamed Utour holding group in 2016.

Utour travel group currently has more than 3,000 stores and franchises, over 6,000 professional travel consultants
and over 6 million members, and has travel suppliers and partners all over the world.

Utour group is a senior member of the Asia Pacific Travel Association (PATA) and the International Air Transport Association (IATA), 
as well as a 5A level international travel agency registered with the China Tourism Association,
the China Association of Travel Agencies and the Beijing Tourism Industry Association.
In September 2020, Alibaba Group which the world's Internet giant, became the second largest shareholder of Utour,
and formed a joint venture with Utour to expand the global tourism market .
